基于T/CCTAS 180—2024的道岔钢轨廓形打磨(下)

【摘要】 为延长正线12号固定心轨型道岔U75V钢轨服役寿命,改善轮轨关系,基于T/CCTAS 180—2024《道岔廓形打磨技术规范》,综合考虑道岔钢轨轨面状态与廓形、车轮轮缘踏面外形等参数及轮轨关系,设计道岔钢轨打磨目标廓形,测量打磨前后钢轨廓形、表面伤损,测试道岔钢轨打磨前后轮轨作用力与振动加速度,并对比分析。结果表明,按照T/CCTAS 180—2024要求实施道岔钢轨廓形打磨后,有效去除了道岔钢轨肥边与表面伤损,轮轨关系较大改善,轮轨振动加速度和轮轨作用力显著降低。依据T/CCTAS 180—2024开展道岔钢轨廓形打磨,能有效整治道岔钢轨伤损,改善轮轨动力学性能,延长道岔钢轨使用寿命。
【Abstract】 To extend the service life of U75V rails for No.12 fixed-frog turnout on the main line and improve the wheel-rail interaction, the target rail profile for turnout grinding is designed based on the T/CCTAS 180—2024 Technical specification for turnout profile grinding. This design comprehensively considered parameters such as the rail surface condition and profile, wheel flange tread shape, and the wheel-rail interaction. The rail profile and surface damage before and after grinding are measured, and tests are performed on wheel-rail forces and vibration acceleration before and after grinding. A comparative analysis is carried out. The results show that after turnout rail profile grinding in accordance with the requirements of T/CCTAS 180—2024, the flange and surface damage of rail for turnout are effectively removed, the wheel-rail interaction is greatly improved, wheel-rail vibration acceleration and wheelrail forces are significantly reduced. It can effectively rectify rail damage, improve wheel rail dynamic performance,and extend the service life of switch rails by turnout rail profile grinding according to T/CCTAS 180—2024.
