基于流程优化的铁路冷链运输设备智能洗刷与消毒方案研究

【摘要】 为优化铁路冷链运输设备洗刷与消毒作业流程,设计相应的智能化作业方案。通过细化洗刷与消毒任务,在考虑作业方法特点与适应场景的基础上,采用多准则妥协解排序法,确定适宜各任务环节的作业方法;对于各任务环节相互影响与制约的关系,利用解释结构模型,对作业全流程进行合理优化;并通过设立开箱作业消毒隔离区和引入具备物联功能的智能化喷淋消杀车,提出铁路冷链运输装备智能化洗刷与消毒方案。相较传统人工作业,该方案有望整体节约55%左右的作业时间和50%左右的作业费用,为铁路冷链运输设备的洗刷与消毒技术向智能化、高效化发展提供了参考。

【Abstract】 To optimize the cleaning and disinfection process of railway cold chain transportation equipment, a corresponding intelligent operational scheme was designed. By refining the cleaning and disinfection tasks and considering the characteristics and applicable scenarios of the operational methods, the multi-criteria compromise ranking method was adopted to determine the suitable operational method for each task phase. Regarding the mutual influence and restriction relationships among various task phases, the interpretive structural model was used to rationally optimize the overall operational workflow. Furthermore, by establishing a disinfection isolation zone for unpacking operations and introducing an intelligent spraying disinfection vehicle with Internet of Things functions, an intelligent cleaning and disinfection scheme for railway cold chain transportation equipment was proposed. Compared with traditional manual operations, this scheme is expected to overall save operational time by approximately 55% and operational cost by approximately 50%, providing a reference for the development of cleaning and disinfection technology for railway cold chain transportation equipment towards intelligence and high efficiency.
