【摘要】 精神上的独立自主，是中华民族伟大复兴的精神基石。数智时代，信息技术与精神文化生活的深度融合带来多重机遇：一是推动精神生产主体更加多元，二是精神世界内容日益充盈，三是精神传播载体丰富多维，四是精神构筑场域焕发新生。数智化发展伴生的“工具沉迷”“算法茧房”“信息噪音”及“传播困境”，也在一定程度上消解精神主体性，弱化理论影响力，冲击固有话语权，甚至导致价值观的偏离。因此，必须进一步挖掘和发挥数智技术在文化固本拓新、媒介素养教育、话语权构建及价值观引领中的赋能作用，以此提升文化自信、增强数智素养、重塑话语体系和巩固思想共识，确保在精神的选择、创造、发展和评价上的独立自主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spiritual independence is the cornerstone for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the digital-intelligent era,the deep integration of information technology with spiritual and cultural life brings multiple opportunities:First,it diversifies the subjects of spiritual production;Second,it enriches the spiritual world;Third,it provides multidimensional carriers for spiritual dissemination;Fourth,it revitalizes the domains where spirit is constructed. However,challenges accompanying digital-intelligent development like "tool addiction" "algorithmic cocoons" "information noise" and "communication dilemmas",in some way,erode spiritual subjectivity,weaken theoretical influence,disrupt established discourse power,and even lead to deviations from values. Therefore,it is imperative to further explore and leverage the enabling role of digital-intelligent technologies in cultural preservation and innovation,media literacy education,discourse power construction,and values guidance,thereby enhancing cultural confidence,strengthening digital-intelligent literacy,reshaping discourse systems,and consolidating ideological consensus to ensure independence in spiritual choice,creation,development,and evaluation.更多还原
