铝门窗异型材智能生产系统的集成设计与优化
Integrated Design and Optimization of Intelligent Production System for Aluminum Door and Window Profiles
【摘要】 针对铝门窗行业存在的生产效率低、人工成本高、材料浪费严重等问题,提出了一套集自动加工、智能分拣与余料管理于一体的智能生产系统。通过设计滚筒驱动的自动加工生产线、基于平行四边形传动结构的分拣机器人及模块化智能余料仓,实现了从原材料加工、分拣到余料管理的全流程自动化。该系统通过传感器协同控制与空间优化设计,显著降低了人工干预与材料浪费,为铝门窗行业智能化转型提供了可行方案。
【Abstract】 In response to the issues of low production efficiency, high labor costs, and severe material waste in the aluminum door and window industry, this paper proposes an intelligent production system that integrates automatic processing,intelligent sorting, and residual material management. The system achieves full-process automation, from raw material processing and sorting to residual material management, through the design of a drum-driven automatic processing production line, a sorting robot based on a parallelogram transmission structure, and a modular intelligent residual material warehouse.This system significantly reduces manual intervention and material waste through sensor coordination and spatial optimization design, providing a feasible solution for the intelligent transformation of the aluminum door and window industry.
