生物基喷墨墨水的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and Performance of Bio-based Inkjet Ink
【摘要】 传统石油基喷墨墨水的污染问题日益突出,生物基墨水凭借绿色无毒、可食用、可降解等优势,成为绿色印刷的重要发展方向。为探究具有优良性能的生物基喷墨墨水配方,本研究分析了树脂种类与浓度、分散剂种类与浓度、酒精添加量及研磨工艺对墨水黏度、表面张力、粒径分布、干燥性能与印刷适性的影响,并对配方与工艺进行优化。结果表明:大豆多糖相比于其他树脂更有利于油墨获得良好的性能;酒精的浓度与墨水的表面张力和干燥时间成反比;分散剂硬脂酸镁可以明显降低油墨体系的粒径;随着研磨时间的增加,油墨体系的粒径呈现出先降低再略升高的趋势。本研究制备的生物基喷墨墨水绿色安全、印刷性能优良,为绿色印刷提供可行方案。
【Abstract】 Pollution caused by traditional petroleum-based inkjet ink has become increasingly serious. Bio-based ink, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, edible, and biodegradable, has been an important direction for green printing. In this study, the effect of resin type and concentration, dispersant type and concentration, alcohol content, and grinding process on the viscosity, surface tension, particle size distribution, drying properties, and printability of the ink was systematically investigated, and the formulation and preparation process were optimized. The results showed that resin soybean polysaccharide is beneficial for the ink to achieve better performance; the concentration of alcohol is inversely proportional to the surface tension and drying time of the ink; the dispersant magnesium stearate can significantly reduce the particle size of the ink system; with the increase of grinding time, the particle size of the ink system first decreases and then slightly increases. The bio-based inkjet ink prepared in this study is environmentally friendly and safe, and provides a feasible approach for green inkjet printing.
