【摘要】 超细子镜技术是消化内镜领域的一项重要革新，以其镜身纤细、柔顺性佳与成像清晰的特点，在胆胰管疾病诊治、胆囊与阑尾相关疾病的诊疗以及消化道梗阻处理等方面，均展现出显著优势。然而，该技术在临床应用的广度与深度仍受制于推广不均衡及规范化培训体系的欠缺。文章系统分析了当前中国超细子镜技术推广中存在的主要问题，包括区域发展不均衡、培训标准不统一、操作质量管控不足及基层医疗可及性有限等，提出了一套系统性的推广与培训策略：构建分层分级、覆盖区域的培训中心网络；建立并实施标准化操作流程与质量控制体系；形成“理论—模拟—临床”逐级递进的培训模式；搭建多元化交流与远程指导平台，着力于推动超细子镜技术向更广泛、更规范、更高效方向发展的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultra-slim endoscopy technology represents a significant innovation in the field of digestive endoscopy. With its slender scope, excellent flexibility, and clear imaging, it demonstrates distinct advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic duct diseases, gallbladder and appendix-related conditions, as well as in managing gastrointestinal obstruction. However, the breadth and depth of its clinical application are still constrained by uneven promotion and a lack of a standardized training system. This article systematically analyzes the main issues currently hindering the widespread adoption of ultra-slim endoscopy technology in China, including regional development disparities, inconsistent training standards, insufficient operational quality control, and limited accessibility in primary healthcare settings. It proposes a systematic strategy for promotion and training: establishing a hierarchical and regionally-coverage training center network; developing and implementing standardized operational procedures and quality control systems; forming a progressive training model encompassing “theoretical training, simulation exercises, and clinical practice”; and building diversified communication and remote guidance platforms.
