新农科背景下基于社会需求的《园艺植物遗传育种》教学改革与实践

【摘要】 《园艺植物遗传育种》课程立足甘肃省戈壁设施农业特色与丝路寒旱农业战略需求,针对毕业生科研与生产实践能力短板,以新农科建设为导向,从五维联动推进教学改革:重构模块化知识体系,融入戈壁设施生产案例,形成梯度化内容架构;创新田间问题导向与科研反哺教学模式,嵌入种质资源创新等前沿研究内容;开发虚拟仿真平台与本土案例库,强化实践创新能力;构建课程思政体系,培育知农爱农人才;建立多元考核评价机制。经三轮实践,学生“三农”情怀厚植、创新思维进阶、产业适配能力显著提升,知识整合与问题解决能力明显增强,为区域输送复合型人才。改革验证了社会需求导向的新农科路径有效性,对同类课程建设具示范借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The course “Horticultural Plant Genetics and Breeding” is anchored in the distinctive features of Gobi facility agriculture in Gansu Province and the strategic needs of Silk Road cold-arid agriculture. Addressing the gaps in graduates’ research and practical production capabilities, it drives pedagogical reform through five interconnected dimensions, guided by the New Agricultural Education initiative: restructuring a modular knowledge system by incorporating real-world Gobi facility production cases to form a tiered content framework; innovating problem-oriented field teaching and research-integrated instruction, embedding cutting-edge topics like germplasm resource innovation; developing virtual simulation platforms and localized case databases to enhance hands-on innovation skills; establishing a curriculum-based ideological and political education system to cultivate agriculturally literate and passionate talent; and implementing a diversified assessment mechanism. Through three cycles of practice, students have demonstrated deepened commitment to rural revitalization, advanced innovative thinking, and significantly improved industry readiness, with marked gains in knowledge integration and problem-solving abilities-effectively supplying the region with interdisciplinary professionals. The reform validates the efficacy of a demand-driven New Agricultural Education model, offering a replicable paradigm for similar courses.
