基于变分模态分解的沥青路面压实质量监测研究

【摘要】 利用不同的沥青路面刚度反馈到压路机钢轮的振动信号进行压实质量实时监测,将压实质量从结果检测转变为过程控制。首先,建立二自由度模型验证振动反馈信号采集方法的可行性;其次,在压路机传动轴与钢轮刚性连接处加装加速度传感器,收集压路机碾压过程的振动反馈信号并对其进行处理;最后,利用谐波法计算出路面压实度指标。处理后的振动反馈信号经谐波法计算得出的压实度指标可以描述沥青路面压实效果,谐波法中的CMV、VCVe离散系数分别为18.96%、17.12%。谐波法中VCVe较CMV的离散性更低、稳定性更好,可以相对准确反应压实度变化,而且结合车辆定位数据可全面获取路段各位置压实质量信息,做到数据追溯可查。

【Abstract】 The vibration signal fed back from different asphalt pavement stiffness to the roller drum is used for real-time monitoring of compaction quality, and the compaction quality is transformed from result detection to process control.Firstly, a two-degree-of-freedom model is established to verify the feasibility of the vibration feedback signal acquisition method.,acceleration sensors are installed at the rigid articulation of the roller drive shaft and the steel wheels to collect the vibration feedback signals of the roller rolling process and process them, and then the pavement compaction index is calculated using the harmonic method.The compaction index calculated from the processed vibration feedback signal by the harmonic method can describe the compaction effect of asphalt pavement, and the discretization coefficients of CMV and VCVe in the harmonic method are 18.96% and 17.12%,respectively.The VCVe in the harmonic method has lower dispersion and better stability than the CMV,which can accurately react to the change of compaction degree, and combined with the vehicle positioning data, it can comprehensively obtain the information of compaction quality of each position of the road section, to make the data traceable and checkable.
