基于ASPEN Plus模拟计算氨在水中溶解度
Simulation of Ammonia Solubility in Water Based on ASPEN Plus
【摘要】 含氨废水是一种常见工业废水,将氨从水中分离的方法众多,加热吹扫是一种普遍化的方法。因此,了解氨在不同温度水中的溶解度至关重要,可以明确不同温度下氨的溶解阈值。采用化工流程模拟软件ASPEN Plus构建氨在水中饱和溶解过程,通过改变温度进行计算,获取一系列氨在水中的溶解度参数,与过往文献数据进行对比,发现在0~60℃时与过往文献绝大多数数据非常接近。模拟计算了60~95℃氨在水中溶解度情况,通过线性回归得到氨在水中溶解度随温度的函数关系y=-0.004 97x+0.453 63,R~2=0.988 56。
【Abstract】 Ammonia-containing wastewater is a common type of industrial effluent. There are various methods for separating ammonia from water, air stripping is a widely used technique. Understanding the solubility of ammonia in water at different temperatures is essential for determining its dissolution threshold under varying thermal conditions. In this paper, the chemical process simulation software ASPEN Plus was employed to model the saturated dissolution process of ammonia in water. By varying the temperature, a series of solubility parameters for ammonia in water were obtained. Comparison with existing literature data showed that, within the temperature range of 0–60 ℃, the simulated results were in close agreement with most previously reported values. Furthermore, the solubility of ammonia in water at 60–95 ℃ was simulated and calculated, the relationship between ammonia solubility in water and temperature was determined by linear regression to be y=-0.004 97x+0.453 63, R2=0.988 56.
