高密度聚乙烯废塑料快速催化裂解反应性能评价
Performance Evaluation of Rapid Catalytic Cracking Reaction of High-Density Polyethylene Waste Plastics
【摘要】 采用典型的中性石英砂催化剂、酸性MCM-41和USY催化剂、碱性钙铝催化剂进行废塑料的催化裂解研究和工艺条件优化,对裂解产物进行物料衡算,分析液体产物的馏分组成和裂解气体的组成。结果表明:MCM-41催化剂有利于柴油馏分的生成,在430℃时总液体收率(液体收率+液化气收率,收率以质量分数计,下同)为93.38%,柴油收率达到33.21%;USY催化剂有利于汽油馏分的生成,在430℃时总液体收率为91.53%,汽油收率达到30.41%;钙铝催化剂有利于减压蜡油馏分的生成,在490℃时总液体收率为92.70%,减压蜡油收率高达46.11%。
【Abstract】 The catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics by using typical neutral quartz sand catalyst, acidic MCM-41 and USY catalysts, and basic calcium-aluminum catalyst was studied, and the process conditions were optimized. Moreover, material balance calculations were carried out on the pyrolysis products, and the fraction composition of the liquid products and the composition of the pyrolysis gas were analyzed. The results showed that the MCM-41 catalyst was beneficial to the production of diesel fractions. At 430 ℃, the total liquid yield(liquid oil yield + liquefied gas yield, the yield was calculated by mass fraction, the same below) was 93.38%, and the diesel yield reached 33.21%. The USY catalyst was conducive to the production of gasoline fractions. At 430 ℃, the total liquid yield was 91.53%, and the gasoline yield reached 30.41%. The calcium-aluminum catalyst was beneficial to the production of vacuum gas oil fractions. At 490 ℃, the total liquid yield was 92.70%, and the vacuum gas oil yield was as high as 46.11%.
