【Abstract】 In response to the development needs of scientific and technological talents in energy and chemical research enterprises, a methodology for the construction of scientific and technological talent teams is proposed. Based on the four-level talent echelon model of "Leader–Excellent–High-Potential–Youth", a hierarchical and classified talent management system is implemented through the establishment of a "Nine-Grid" evaluation matrix. Following the development path of "professional deep cultivation – interdisciplinary training", a scientific and technological talent training and management system is formed. This research aims to strengthen the echelon of enterprise scientific and technological talents, improve the efficiency of the innovation system, and provide practical references for the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in the energy, chemical and related industries.更多还原
