能源化工科研企业高水平人才队伍建设研究
Research on the Construction of a High-Level Scientific and Technological Talent Team in Energy and Chemical Research Enterprises
【摘要】 针对能源化工科研企业人才发展需求,提出科技人才队伍建设方法论。基于“领军—卓越—高潜力—青年”四级人才梯队模型,通过建立九宫格评价矩阵,实施分层分类人才管理,遵循“专业深耕—复合培养”发展路径,形成完整科技人才培养管理体系,旨在有效提升企业创新效能,为能源化工行业科技人才发展提供可实践范式。
【Abstract】 In response to the development needs of scientific and technological talents in energy and chemical research enterprises, a methodology for the construction of scientific and technological talent teams is proposed. Based on the four-level talent echelon model of "Leader–Excellent–High-Potential–Youth", a hierarchical and classified talent management system is implemented through the establishment of a "Nine-Grid" evaluation matrix. Following the development path of "professional deep cultivation – interdisciplinary training", a scientific and technological talent training and management system is formed. This research aims to strengthen the echelon of enterprise scientific and technological talents, improve the efficiency of the innovation system, and provide practical references for the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in the energy, chemical and related industries.
