【摘要】 目的 探讨终末期肾病(ESRD)患者Wunderlich综合征(WS)影像学特征。方法 回顾性收集12例WS ESRD患者的临床及影像资料,分析该病影像学特征。结果 ESRD患者WSCT表现为伴多发囊性病变的萎缩肾实质出血,并大多伴肾包膜下出血及肾周积血。1例明确肾囊肿破裂伴活动性出血,1例肾感染合并出血,1例合并肾细胞癌。结论 ESRD患者WS可能原因为获得性肾囊肿破裂出血、肾感染或获得性囊性肾病相关肾细胞癌(ACD-RCC)破裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the imaging features of Wunderlich syndrome(WS) in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods The clinical and imaging data of 12 patients with WS in ESRD were collected retrospectively and the imaging features of the disease were analyzed.Results The CT manifestations of WS in patients with ESRD were characterized by hemorrhage in the atrophic renal parenchyma with multiple cystic lesions,mostly accompanied by subcapsular and perinephric hemorrhage.Active hemorrhage due to ruptured renal cyst was confirmed in one case,while another case showed renal infection-associated hemorrhage.One case had concurrent renal cell carcinoma.Conclusion The potential causes of WS in ESRD patients include hemorrhage from ruptured acquired renal cyst,renal infection,or rupture of acquired cystic disease-associated renal cell carcinoma(ACD-RCC).更多还原
