【摘要】 目的 探究CK20、CK7、CDX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 选取手术治疗的胃癌患者90例，分别取患者手术切除的胃癌组织及癌旁组织作为观察组和对照组，比较2组CK20、CK7、CDX-2的阳性表达情况，并进一步分析CK20、CK7、CDX-2的阳性表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 观察组CK20、CK7、CDX-2阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中CK20、CK7、CDX-2的阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别、病灶位置均无关(P>0.05),与患者的TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况均有关(P<0.05),CK20、CK7、CDX-2在Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、低中分化、有淋巴结转移患者癌组织中的阳性表达率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 CK20、CK7、CDX-2在胃癌组织中均呈异常高表达状态，且其阳性表达与患者的TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均有相关性，可为胃癌患者的病情评估提供重要的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigating the expression of CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 in gastric cancer tissue and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients underwent surgical treatment were selected.Resected gastric cancer tissue and adjacent non-cancerous tissue were obtained from these patients and assigned to the observation group and the control group, respectively.The positive expression of CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 was compared between the 2 groups.Furthermore, the relationship between the positive expression of CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 and the clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.Results The CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 positive expression rates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Positive expression of CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 in gastric cancer tissues was unrelated to patient age, gender, or tumor location(P>0.05),but correlated with TNM stage, differentiation grade, and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 were markedly higher in cancer tissues from patients with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ disease, low-to-moderate differentiation, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion CK20,CK7,and CDX-2 all exhibit abnormally high expression levels in gastric cancer tissues.Their positive expression correlates with patients’ TNM staging, differentiation grade, and lymph node metastasis status, providing important reference for assessing the disease status of gastric cancer patients.更多还原
