【摘要】 目的 初步探索胃癌肝转移细胞亚群异质性核心基因及其对胃癌预后的影响。方法 从GEO数据库中获取胃癌肝转移的单细胞转录数据，利用拷贝数变异分析、非负矩阵分解、差异基因分析和基因集富集分析等方法研究不同胃癌肝转移肿瘤细胞亚群的生物学特征，筛选肿瘤细胞亚群的核心基因。结果 胃癌肝转移的肿瘤细胞根据基因表达谱、细胞分化轨迹、生物功能的不同分为3个细胞亚群，AZGP1、MTRNR2L8、EIF3K、ATOX1、ATP5MG、COX7C、 CSTA是这3个肿瘤细胞亚群的核心基因，和胃癌预后相关。结论 AZGP1、MTRNR2L8、EIF3K、ATOX1、ATP5MG、COX7C、CSTA是胃癌肝转移的肿瘤细胞亚群异质性的核心基因，与胃癌预后相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To preliminarily explore the core genes of cellular subpopulation heterogeneity in gastric cancer liver metastasis and their impact on the prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Single-cell transcriptomic data of gastric cancer liver metastasis were obtained from the GEO database. The biological characteristics of different gastric cancer liver metastasis tumor cell subpopulations were studied using methods such as copy number variation analysis, non-negative matrix factorization, differential gene expression analysis,and gene set enrichment analysis to identify the core genes of these subpopulations. Results Tumor cells in gastric cancer liver metastasis can be divided into three subpopulations based on differences in gene expression profiles, cellular differentiation trajectories, and biological functions. AZGP1, MTRNR2L8, EIF3K, ATOX1,ATP5 MG, COX7C, and CSTA were identified as core genes of these three tumor cell subpopulations and were found to be associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer. Conclusion AZGP1, MTRNR2L8, EIF3K, ATOX1,ATP5 MG, COX7C, and CSTA are core genes of cellular subpopulation heterogeneity in gastric cancer liver metastasis and are closely related to the prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
