【摘要】 在全面推进依法治国与高等教育高质量发展的双重背景下，习近平法治思想系统融入法学研究生培养体系已成为教育改革的重要任务。概述习近平法治思想融入法学研究生教育的现实意义，分析当前高校在法学人才培养中存在的课程体系缺乏系统性、实践能力培养滞后、评价机制单一等现实问题，在此基础上，从师资建设、校企协同、学术创新、制度完善、生态重构等提出解决路径，希冀对实现中国特色法学教育范式重塑，培育面向国家战略需求的高层次法治人才具有理论指导与实践参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the dual background of comprehensively advancing law-based governance and pursuing the high-quality development of higher education,this paper elaborates on the vital significance of integrating Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into the training system for postgraduate students specializing in law. It analyzes the prevalent problems in the cultivation of legal talents in institutions of higher education,including the lack of systematic curriculum design,the backwardness in practical ability training and the singularity of evaluation mechanism. Furthermore,it puts forward targeted solutions from the perspectives of faculty construction,,universityenterprise collaboration,academic innovation,system improvement and ecological reconstruction,which is expected to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of legal education with Chinese characteristics and the cultivation of high-level legal professionals that are in line with the national strategic needs.更多还原
