基于区块链的动力电池回收管理系统
Blockchain-based Power Battery Recycling Management System
【摘要】 清洁能源电动汽车有助于减少环境污染和能源消耗,然而动力电池的大规模生产可能在其生命周期末端带来新的污染风险。针对当前电池回收链条不完善、部署意愿低、回收业务停滞等问题,提出了一种基于可升级智能合约的电池回收链模型。该回收模型实现了从电池制造、使用到回收再利用的全流程覆盖,且通过可升级智能合约算法降低区块链部署成本,为参与者提供业务拓展空间。实验结果表明:该模型在部署成本与安全性方面能降低维护成本,部署者可及时修复安全漏洞,同时有望进一步提升电池回收率。
【Abstract】 Clean-energy electric vehicles can contribute to reducing environmental pollution and energy consumption.However,the large-scale production of power batteries may pose new pollution risks at the end of their life cycle.propose a battery recycling chain model based on upgradeable smart contracts to address the current problems of an incomplete battery recycling chain,low willingness to deploy,and stagnant recycling business.First,the recycling model implements the entire process,from battery manufacturing to use and recycling for reuse.Subsequently,the upgradeable smart contract algorithm reduces the deployment blockchain cost and enables business expansion for the participants.Experimental results show that the model can reduce the maintenance cost in terms of deployment cost and security,and the deployer can fix a security vulnerability in time.It is also expected to improve the battery recycling rate further.
