一种新型电梯限速器

【摘要】 针对传统电梯限速器存在机械结构复杂、动作不够灵敏等问题,设计了一种基于液压制动和电磁夹持的新型电梯限速器。采用接近开关测量轿厢运行速度,以STM32单片机为核心的测控系统控制液压制动机构和电磁夹持机构的动作来对限速器轮盘进行限速。该新型限速器具有测速精准、制动可靠、动作迅速和夹持力可调等优势,值得推广和应用。

【Abstract】 As an important safety accessory of elevators, the speed limiter plays a crucial role in protecting passengers’ lives. However, the traditional elevator speed limiter, which triggers actions through centrifugal weights, has many problems such as complex mechanical structure and insufficient sensitivity. To address these issues, a new type of elevator speed limiter based on hydraulic braking and electromagnetic clamping was designed. It uses proximity switches to measure the speed of the elevator car. The measurement and control system centered on the STM32 microcontroller controls the actions of the hydraulic braking mechanism and the electromagnetic clamping mechanism to limit the speed of the speed limiter wheel. This new type of speed limiter has the advantages of precise speed measurement, reliable braking, rapid action, and adjustable clamping force, and has good promotion value and market prospects.
