以黄磷渣和萃余酸为原料制备含聚磷酸盐肥料的研究

【摘要】 以黄磷渣和萃余酸为主要原料,采用高温煅烧方法对其进行活化,制备了一种含聚合态磷的肥料原料。煅烧工艺条件:煅烧温度600℃、煅烧时间40 min、黄磷渣目数60~80目、黄磷渣与萃余酸物质的量比[n(CaO+MgO)/n(P2O5)]为1∶1.5。产物的检测结果表明,聚合产物的聚合P2O5平均值22.54%(质量分数),聚合率为83.02%,有效CaO、MgO含量分别18.23%,3.04%,有效P2O5平均值27.55%,占总P2O5的93.43%,其中水溶P2O5平均值为1.53%,占有效P2O5的5.55%,表明在此条件下得到的产品可能以枸溶性为主。同时,聚合态磷肥与其他肥料原料混合后,得到的肥料具有良好的物理性质。该研究为黄磷渣的利用提供了一种新方法。

【Abstract】 Yellow phosphorus residue and extractive acid were used as the main raw materials, and a fertilizer raw material containing polymerized phosphorus was prepared by high-temperature calcination method.Calcination process conditions: calcination temperature 600 ℃,calcination time 40 min, yellow phosphorus slag mesh 60~80 mesh, yellow phosphorus slag to extracted acid substance ratio[n(CaO+MgO)/n(P2O5)]is 1∶1.5.The results showed that the average value of polymerized P2O5 was 22.54%(mass fraction),the polymerization rate was 83.02%,the content of available CaO and MgO was 18.23% and 3.04%,and the average value of available P2O5 was 27.55%,accounting for 93.43% of the total P2O5,of which the average value of water-soluble P2O5 was 1.53% and 5.55% of the effective P2O5,indicating that the products obtained under this condition may be mainly citric soluble.At the same time, after the polymerized phosphate fertilizer is mixed with other fertilizer raw materials, the fertilizer obtained has good physical properties.This experiment provides a new method for the utilization of yellow phosphorus slag.
