【摘要】 充分把握人工智能时代的战略机遇与激发城市创业活力，是稳就业、惠民生、促发展的重要议题。基于2011—2024年中国280个地级及以上城市面板数据，运用多期双重差分法，考察人工智能发展对城市创业活力的影响及作用机制。结果表明，人工智能发展提升了城市创业活力。机制分析表明，人工智能发展通过高质量创新提升了城市创业活力，包括创新主体培育、关键技术突破和创新成果转化三项机制。异质性分析表明，在知识产权保护程度较高城市、商业信用环境较好城市和资源型城市中，人工智能发展对城市创业活力的驱动作用更为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seizing the strategic opportunities in the artificial intelligence(AI) era and stimulating urban entrepreneurial vitality have been key issues for stability and development. Using panel data of 280 China’s cities between 2011 and 2024, this paper applied a multi-period difference-in-differences model to investigate the impact and action mechanisms of AI development on urban entrepreneurial vitality. The results showed that AI development significantly raised the level of urban entrepreneurial vitality.Mechanism analysis demonstrated that, AI development operated by high-quality innovation, the channels including the cultivation of innovation entities, breakthroughs in key technologies, and the commercialization of innovation outcomes. Heterogeneity analysis revealed that, the driven effect was more pronounced in cities with a higher level of intellectual property protection, a better commercial credit environment, and abundant resource endowments.更多还原
