聚己二酸-辛二酸丁二醇酯的酶促降解性能

【摘要】 实验合成了聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)和聚辛二酸丁二醇酯(PBSub)2种聚酯,同时还合成了3种不同比例的聚己二酸-辛二酸丁二醇酯共聚酯(P(BA-co-BSub)),并且,对样品以及其降解过程进行表征分析。结果表明,5种聚酯呈现出相似的晶体结构、熔点、结晶度及热稳定性特征。采用角质酶降解8 h后,均聚酯的失重率约为50%,而共聚酯的失重率约为80%。聚酯的降解率顺序为PBSub<PBA<P(BA-co-50%BSub)≈P(BA-co-70%BSub)<P(BA-co-30%BSub)。辛二酸添加后,显著提升了共聚酯的降解性能。聚酯酶降解的重要影响因素包括结晶度和熔点温度。角质酶在降解共聚酯时,可同时作用于结晶区和非结晶区,并且,对非结晶区具有优先降解特性。

【Abstract】 Two homopolyesters, namely polybutylene adipate(PBA) and polybutylene suberate(PBSub), along with three poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene suberate)(P(BA-co-BSub))copolyesters with different comonomer ratios were synthesized in this experiment. It was found that the five polyesters had comparable crystal structures, melting points, crystallinity, and thermal stability. After 8 h of cutinase degradation, the weight loss rate of homopolyesters was about 50%, while the weight loss rate of copolyesters was close to 80%. The degradation rate of the five polyesters followed the order: PBSub<PBA<P(BA-co-50%BSub)≈P(BA-co-70%BSub)<P(BA-co-30%BSub). The incorporation of suberic acid significantly enhanced the degradability of the copolyesters. The crystallinity and melting points of polyesters are important factors affecting their enzymatic degradation. Cutinase could degrade both crystalline and amorphous regions of copolyesters, but preferentially degraded the amorphous regions.
