聚合物基层合板螺栓连接力学性能的进展

【摘要】 螺栓连接具有载荷传递稳定、可重复拆卸与安装等特点,是聚合物基复合材料结构件的主要连接方法。连接部位是构件强度和可靠性的薄弱环节,决定了整个构件的承载能力。结合热固性层合板之间、层合板与金属板之间以及热塑性层合板之间的螺栓连接问题,综述了载荷作用下接头的性能劣化过程、损伤机理和破坏模式的最新研究进展;梳理了各种因素对于接头强度和刚度的影响,影响因素包括层合板的材料性能和厚度、预浸料的厚度和铺设角度、纤维含量、搭接尺寸和开孔位置、金属板刚度等,为含有螺栓连接的复合材料构件的可靠性评价提供依据。最后,从提高设计的科学性以及强化对实际工程的指导作用2个方面,对聚合物基复合材料螺栓连接的未来研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Bolted joints offer advantages such as stable load transfer and the ability for repeated disassembly and reassembly, becoming the main connection mode for polymer matrix composite structural components. The connection region is the critical weak point in component strength and reliability, determining the load-bearing capacity of the entire structure. Aiming at the bolted joints between two thermoset laminates, between laminate and metal plate, and between two thermoplastic laminates, the latest research progress is reviewed in several respects, such as the degradation process of performances, damage mechanisms and failure modes. The effects of various factors on both the strength and stiffness of the joint are summarized quantitatively. The factors include both the material properties and thickness of the laminate, the thickness and layup angle of prepreg, fiber content, overlap dimensions, bolt hole positions, the stiffness of metal plates, and so on. References are provided for reliability evaluation of composite components with bolted joints. Finally, the future research direction of bolted polymer matrix composites is envisioned in terms of improving the scientific design and strengthening the guidance of practical engineering.
