【摘要】 聚乳酸(Polylactic acid, PLA)作为一种生物可降解材料,凭借其良好的生物相容性、可降解性和加工性能,成为传统石油基塑料的理想替代品之一。近年来,PLA基抑菌包装材料在食品保鲜领域得到了应用,其保鲜效果受抑菌物质种类、结构及食品种类等因素影响,关于PLA基抑菌包装材料保鲜效果的研究正逐渐成为热点。本文综述了PLA基抑菌包装材料的保鲜机制、在食品抑菌保鲜中的应用现状以及PLA基材改性研究进展,并探讨了该包装材料当前面临的挑战和未来发展方向,以期为其在食品保鲜包装领域的深入研究和应用拓展提供参考。

【Abstract】 Polylactic acid, as a biodegradable material, has become one of the ideal alternatives to traditional petroleum-based plastics due to its excellent biocompatibility, degradability and processability. In recent years, PLA-based antibacterial packaging materials have been applied in food preservation. Their preservation effect are regulated by the types and structure of antibacterial substances, as well as the types of food. The research on the preservation effects of PLA-based antibacterial packaging materials is gradually becoming a hot topic. This paper reviews the preservation mechanism of PLA-based antibacterial packaging materials, their application in food antibacterial preservation and the progress of PLA substrate modification. It also discusses the challenges and future development directions they face, with the aim of providing a reference for further research and application expansion in the field of food preservation packaging.
