口腔溃疡防护剂在鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 研究分析口腔溃疡防护剂在鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年2月至2025年2月于安阳市肿瘤医院就诊并接受放射治疗的110例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组(55例)和对照组(55例),放射治疗期间研究组患者应用口腔溃疡防护剂、对照组患者应用康复新液,对比观察两组患者口腔溃疡首次出现时间、严重程度以及愈合时间。结果 放射治疗期间所有患者均出现口腔溃疡,但研究组患者口腔溃疡首次出现时间晚于对照组(t=4.975,P<0.001)、严重程度轻于对照组(Z=-2.613,P=0.009)、愈合时间短于对照组(t=6.663,P<0.001)。结论 口腔溃疡防护剂能够有效延缓鼻咽癌放射治疗所致口腔黏膜损伤的进展,加快口腔溃疡愈合。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of oral ulcer protective agent in radiation-induced oral ulcers in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 110 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy admitted into Anyang Cancer Hospital from February 2020 to February 2025 were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using the random number table, into the study group(n= 55) and the control group(n= 55). During radiotherapy,patients in the study group were treated with oral ulcer protective agent, whereas those in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin solution. The time to first onset, severity and healing time of oral ulcers were compared between the two groups.Results All patients developed oral ulcers during radiotherapy. Compared with the control group, time to first onset of oral ulcers was later(t= 4. 975,P<0. 001), ulcer severity was milder(Z=-2. 613,P= 0. 009), and healing time was shorter in the study group(t= 6. 663,P<0. 001).Conclusion Oral ulcer protective agent can effectively delay the progression of oral mucosal injury induced by radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and accelerate the healing of oral ulcers.
