卡拉胶寡糖的制备方法与生物学活性研究进展

【摘要】 卡拉胶寡糖在保健食品领域展现出显著的应用价值,其低分子量特性使其易被人体吸收,且在体内几乎不分解产生热量,可替代蔗糖等产能物质,适用于肥胖症、糖尿病等需控制热量摄入的人群。研究显示,卡拉胶寡糖在食品、日用化工、农业等多个领域展现出广阔的研究前景。本文系统综述了卡拉胶寡糖的研究进展,涉及卡拉胶寡糖的高效制备技术、分离与结构表征方法、生物学活性研究等方面。

【Abstract】 Carrageenan oligosaccharides exhibit significant application value in the field of health foods. Their low-molecular-weight characteristics make them easily absorbable by the human body, and they hardly decompose to generate heat in the body. Thus, they can serve as alternatives to calorie-producing substances such as sucrose, making them suitable for populations that need to control calorie intake, such as those with obesity and diabetes. Research indicates that carrageenan oligosaccharides show broad research prospects in multiple fields, including food, daily chemical industry, and agriculture. This paper systematically reviews the research progress of carrageenan oligosaccharides, covering aspects such as efficient preparation techniques, separation and structural characterization methods, and biological activity studies of carrageenan oligosaccharides.
