建立57种挥发性有机物测定方法以监测茂名市饮用水中挥发性有机物污染水平
Methods for the Determination of 57 Kinds of Volatile Organic Compounds were Established to Monitor the Pollution Level of Volatile Organic Compounds in Drinking Water in Maoming City
【摘要】 本文建立了一种同时测定水质中57种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的吹扫捕集-气质法(P&T-GC/MS),旨在监测茂名市水质中VOCs的污染水平。2023—2024年期间,采集了762份茂名市水样,采用吹扫捕集富集技术,通过DB-624色谱柱进行分离,并使用SIM模式进行质谱检测。实际水样分析结果显示,三氯甲烷、一溴二氯甲烷和一氯二溴甲烷的含量均符合国家标准。该方法简便、灵敏且准确,适用于常规水质检测及突发水污染事件的应急响应,为监管提供了可靠的数据支持。
【Abstract】 This paper established a purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PGT-GC/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 57 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in water quality, aiming to monitor the pollution level of VOCs in the water quality of Maoming City. During the period from 2023 to 2024, 762 water samples from Maoming City were collected. The purge and trap enrichment technology was adopted, and they were separated through the DB-624 chromatographic column, and mass spectrometry detection was carried out using the SIM mode. The actual water sample analysis results show that the contents of trichloromethane, monobromodichloromethane and monobromodichloromethane all meet the national standards. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for routine water quality testing and emergency response to sudden water pollution incidents, providing reliable data support for supervision.
