【摘要】 案例教学是推动研究生教育教学改革的重要实践路径,而开展案例建设与实践已然成为提升研究生课程教学质量的重要方式。以“食品安全学”课程为载体,聚焦“大食物观”背景下食品安全领域的前沿需求,结合思政元素探讨课程案例库建构与内容的优化设计,并结合案例教学构建案例库评价与应用成效体系,形成高效、互动、实践导向的教学模式,实现专业知识和实践能力的融合,全面提升学生的综合素质、创新能力及社会责任感,以期为食品科学领域培养高质量专业人才,也为相关课程案例库的建设提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Case-based teaching method has been applied to promote the reform of graduate education, becoming an important way to enhance the teaching quality of graduate courses. Using the “Food Safety Science” course as the carrier, explore the construction of course case library and the optimization design of course content, focusing on the demands in food safety under the background of “Big Food View”. Meanwhile, establish an evaluation system for the case library, and then constructed an efficient, interactive, and practice-oriented teaching model. Therefore, the case-based teaching method could realize the integration of knowledge and ability, improve the innovation ability and social responsibility of students, and cultivate highquality professionals in the field of food safety, providing guidance for the construction of other course case libraries.更多还原
