高效液相色谱法测定肉及肉制品中二氟拉松的含量

【摘要】 建立肉及肉制品中二氟拉松残留的检测方法。采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,以岛津Ultimate@AQ-C18(5μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-水(50+50, V/V )为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长314 nm,进样量10μL。二氟拉松质量浓度在0.01~10.00μg/m L之间线性关系良好,线性回归方程y=56 207.6x-194.9,相关系数R2=0.999 97。方法精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,检出限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.3 mg/kg,猪肉、猪肉干、手撕肉3种样品的回收率均在97.77%~102.12%之间。所建立的高效液相色谱法可用于肉及肉制品中二氟拉松滥用的监测。

【Abstract】 Establish a method for the determination of difluoperon residues in meat and meat products. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used for detection. The Ultimate @ AQ-C18(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) chromatographic column was used as the stationary phase, and acetonitrile-water(50+50, V/V) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 314 nm, and the injection volume was 10 μL. The linear regression equation was y=56 207.6x-194.9, and the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 97. The precision, repeatability and stability of the method were good. The limit of detection was 0.1 mg/kg, and the limit of quantitation was 0.3 mg/kg. The recovery rates of pork, dried pork and hand-ripped meat were between 97.77% and 102.12%. The established high performance liquid chromatography can be used to monitor the abuse of difluoperon in meat and meat products.
