【摘要】 为破解亳州中药材产业长期面临的“有资源、少品牌、附加值低”困境,团队探索应用型高校通过产教融合服务地方特色产业升级的新路径。文章以安徽农业大学与同福集团共建的实践教育基地为载体,以“药食同源”大健康赛道为切入点,构建了“产业链导向、创新链驱动、教育链支撑、人才链反馈”的“四链融合”协同育人模式。该实践有效促进了学生创新能力与职业素养的提升,驱动了企业产品创新与技术进步,并为亳州中药材产业的高附加值转化提供了可复制的样板。实践证明,“校企合作、产教融合”是推动地方产业高质量发展的关键机制,以“药食同源”等新兴赛道切入,能够精准对接产业需求与人才培养,实现教育供给侧与产业需求侧的同频共振。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explores new pathways for applied universities to serve local specialty industry upgrades through industry-education integration to address the long-standing challenges facing Bozhou’s traditional Chinese medicine industry, including abundant resources, weak branding, and low added value. Using the practice-oriented education base established by Anhui Agricultural University and Tongfu Group as a foundation, this paper focuses on the “medicinal and edible dualpurpose” health sector, and constructs a collaborative education model integrating “four chains”: industry chain orientation, innovation chain drive, education chain support, and talent chain feedback. This approach has effectively enhanced students’ innovation capabilities and professional competence, driven corporate product innovation and technological advancement, and provided a replicable model for the high-value transformation of Bozhou’s traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry. Experience shows that “school-enterprise collaboration and industry-education integration” is a vital mechanism for promoting high-quality local industrial development. By focusing on emerging sectors such as “medicinal foods,” this approach aligns talent cultivation with industrial needs, achieving a harmonious balance between educational supply and industrial demand.更多还原
