基于人工智能的食品营养与安全学课程教学模式创新与探索

【摘要】 我校针对当前食品营养与安全学课程教学中内容更新滞后、学生参与度不高、教学反馈针对性不足等问题,提出了人工智能赋能该课程教学的创新模式设计。该模式包括以教学内容为导向优化整合在线教学资源、利用人工智能推动教学方法创新、构建多元化的科学评价体系等。在实践应用中,我校通过课前智能引导、课堂教学互动以及课后深度分析反馈等构建了一个教学闭环体系,显著提升了课堂效率和课程教学质量,为食品专业领域创新型人才的培养提供了有力的支持。

【Abstract】 Our university addresses the current issues in the teaching of food nutrition and safety, such as slow update of teaching content, low class participation of students, and poor targeting in teaching feedback. It proposes an innovative teaching model of this course empowered by artificial intelligence. The model includes optimizing and integrating online teaching resources oriented by teaching content, promoting teaching method innovation through artificial intelligence, and constructing a diversified scientific evaluation system. In the practical applications, a closed-loop teaching system has been established through pre-class intelligent guidance, in-class interactive teaching, and post-class practical feedback, which significantly improves classroom efficiency and course teaching quality, and provides strong support for the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of food nutrition and safety.
