人参粗提物对雪峰乌骨鸡生产性能、繁殖性能及蛋品质的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加不同水平人参粗提物对雪峰乌骨鸡产蛋后期生产性能、繁殖性能及蛋品质的影响。选取900只45周龄(315 d)健康雪峰乌骨鸡,产蛋率[(55.0±5.16)%]和体重[(2.18±0.44) kg ]相近,随机分为对照组和四个处理组,共5组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组(G0组)饲喂基础饲粮,处理组分别在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg(G100组)、200 mg/kg(G200组)、300 mg/kg(G300组)和400 mg/kg(G400组)人参粗提物。预试期为14 d,正试期为56 d。结果显示:1)与G0组相比,G300组平均日产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05);2)与G0组相比,G200组和G300组小黄卵泡数极显著增加(P<0.01);3)与G0组相比,G100组和G300组哈氏单位显著提升(P<0.05);4)与G0组相比,G200组、G300组和G400组蛋黄挥发性物质含量更高。综上所述,饲粮中添加人参粗提物能够有效提升雪峰乌骨鸡产蛋后期的生产性能与繁殖性能,改善蛋品质及风味。在本试验条件下,添加量为300 mg/kg时,雪峰乌骨鸡产蛋性能最佳,经济效益最高。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of adding different levels of ginseng crude extract to the diet on the late laying period production performance, reproductive performance, and egg quality of Xuefeng black-boned chickens. A total of 900 healthy 45-week-old(315-day-old) Xuefeng black-boned chickens, with similar egg production rates [(55.0 ± 5.16)%] and body weights [(2.18 ± 0.44) kg], were randomly divided into a control group and four treatment groups, for a total of five groups. Each group consisted of six replicates, with 30 chickens per replicate. The control group(G0) was fed a basal diet, while the treatment groups had 100 mg/kg(G100), 200 mg/kg(G200), 300 mg/kg(G300), and 400 mg/kg(G400) of ginseng crude extract added to their basal diets, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted 14 days, and the formal trial period lasted 56 days. The results showed that compared with the G0 group: 1), the average daily egg production rate in the G300 group was significantly higher(P<0.05); 2) the number of small yellow follicles in the G200 and G300 groups increased extremely significantly(P<0.01); 3) the G100 and G300 groups showed a significant increase in Haugh units(P<0.05); 4) the G200, G300, and G400 groups had higher levels of volatile substances in the egg yolk. In summary, the addition of ginseng crude extract to the diet effectively improves the late laying period production and reproductive performance of Xuefeng black-boned chickens, as well as egg quality and flavor. Under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal egg-laying performance and highest economic benefit were achieved when the addition rate was 300 mg/kg.
