高效有机热激活延迟荧光红色有机电致发光器件

【摘要】 以热激活延迟荧光(TADF)材料TXO-TPA为发光层客体,较高极性的电子传输材料PO-T2T为主体,借助CDBP~/PO-T2T界面激基复合物到客体TXO-TPA及TXO-TPA载流子俘获,制备了高效红色有机电致发光器件(OLED).当TXO-TPA掺杂质量浓度为5%时,器件发光峰位于600 nm,最大外量子效率(EQE)为7.96%,随着掺杂质量浓度提升至15%,发光峰红移至624 nm,最大EQE为6.26%,半峰宽为127 nm,对应CIE色坐标为(0.586,0.412),为较好的红光发射.该研究方法为制备高效红色OLED提供了一种可行路径.

【Abstract】 Using the thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) material TXO-TPA as the guest of the light-emitting layer(EML) and the electron transport material PO-T2T with high polarity as the host,a highefficiency red organic light-emitting diode(OLED) was fabricated via the carrier trapping of the guest/TXO-TPA and the energy transfer from the exciplex formed at the CDBPPO-T2T interface to TXO-TPA. When the doping concentration of TXO-TPA is 5%,the electroluminescence peak of the device is centered at 600 nm with a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE) of 7. 96%. With the doping concentration increases to15%,the electroluminescence peak red-shifts to 624 nm,the maximum EQE reaches 6.26% with a full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 127 nm,and the corresponding CIE chromaticity coordinate is(0.586,0.412),realizing excellent red light emission. This research method provides a feasible strategy for the fabrication of high-efficiency red OLEDs.
