【Abstract】 The dramatization of poetry represents a crucial trend in the development of modern Chinese poetry, with Zhang Zao standing out as a prominent exemplar in this movement due to his distinctive expressive techniques. The dramatic artistry in Zhang Zao′ s poetry manifests in three dimensions: first,through the deliberate choice and arrangement of imagery, he constructs unique theatrical spaces; second,his use of polyphonic voices breaks away from a singular lyrical perspective, adding rich layers to the poetic texture; third, by incorporating external actions and subjective participation, he designs dramatic movements that enhance the tension and dynamism of his verses.
