【摘要】 新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化“四化同步”发展是实现中国式现代化的重要路径，能为中华民族伟大复兴提供物质基础和动力支撑。“四化同步”发展具有时间同步、空间优化协调和功能叠加等协同特征，其作用关系和发展机制不仅表现为内部子系统的简单互促关系，更体现为复杂、非线性的协同机制。这种协同机制既能推动“四化”正向互促，也能导致“四化”之间反向制约。构建工农互促、城乡互补的协调发展机制是“四化同步”的核心要义，应坚持系统论的方法进行全局谋划，注重增加绿色生态底色，完善工农城乡关系，更好地促进“四化同步”发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Four Modernizations” development of new-type industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization constitutes a crucial pathway toward achieving Chinese modernization, providing the material foundation and dynamic impetus for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The synchronized development of the Four Modernizations exhibits distinctive synergistic characteristics, including temporal synchronization, spatial optimization and coordination, and functional superposition. The interactive relationships and developmental mechanisms of the “Four Modernizations” are not merely manifested as simple mutual promotion among internal subsystems; more critically, they are embodied in complex, nonlinear synergistic mechanisms. Such synergistic mechanisms may either facilitate positive mutual reinforcement among the “Four Modernizations” or conversely lead to reverse constraints between them. The construction of a coordinated development mechanism characterized by mutual promotion between industry and agriculture and complementary urban-rural development represents the core essence of the synchronized development of the “Four Modernizations”. From the perspectives of research methodology, research content, and analytical frameworks, future studies should adhere to systems theory approaches for comprehensive planning, place greater emphasis on enhancing the ecological dimension, and integrate perspectives on advancing integrated urban-rural development to better promote the synchronized development of the “Four Modernizations”.更多还原
