【摘要】 外感热病是黑龙江地区高发的急性外感疾病，具有鲜明的地域性发病特征。龙江医派作为北疆寒地中医学术流派，立足高寒地区气候、地理环境及民众体质特点，形成了独具黑土特色的外感热病辨治理论体系。文中以《龙江医派丛书》、名家临证医案及相关学术文献为研究资料，归纳凝练龙江医派医家辨治外感热病的核心学术思想，总结出“寒温融合、伏邪体质说、寒地倾向性的发病理论、执中参西”的核心学术理论。同时，对龙江医派医家辨治外感热病的理论内涵与地域适配性进行阐释，以期为高寒地区外感热病的中医临床诊疗提供理论参考与实践思路，丰富地域性中医学术流派的研究体系，为因地制宜论治外感热病提供学术借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exogenous febrile diseases are high-incidence acute exogenous diseases in Heilongjiang Province,presenting distinct regional pathogenic characteristics. As a characteristic academic school of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) native to the northern cold region,the Longjiang Medical School has formed a theoretical system for the differentiation and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases with unique characteristics based on cold climate,geographical environment,and physical constitution of the regional population. Drawing from Longjiang Medical School Series,clinical medical records of famous doctors,and relevant academic literature,this paper systematically summarizes the core academic thoughts of Longjiang Medical School regarding exogenous febrile diseases. Specifically,four major academic theories are concluded,including “fusion of cold and febrile diseases,the latent pathogen constitution theory,the cold-region tendency pathogenesis theory,alongside adherence to TCM while integrating Western medicine”. This paper expounds the theoretical connotation and regional adaptability of the above theories,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical ideas for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases in cold regions,enrich the research system of regional TCM academic schools,and offer academic reference for TCM treatment of exogenous febrile diseases based on local conditions.更多还原
