基于BIM技术的隧道施工照明与节能管理研究

【摘要】 以新晋高速公路XJLJ5项目韩口隧道为研究对象,构建基于BIM技术的施工照明数字化管理平台.通过Revit和Navisworks软件对实车隧道施工全场景光环境进行协同建模,利用物联网技术开发LED布设与动态定位管理系统,基于全生命周期成本理论开展能耗及成本分析.结果显示,基于BIM技术的优化方案施工成本降低19.2%,运营成本降低23.5%.从全生命周期视角来看,成本降低21.4%,投资回收期为1.8年,显著提升了经济效益.

【Abstract】 A digital management platform is established for construction lighting with BIM technology at the site of Hankou tunnel along the Xinjin expressway.By collaboratively modeling the light environment of the entire tunnel with Revit and Navisworks software,this study develops a dynamic positioning and management system for LED layouts through the application of the IoT.Energy consumption and cost analyses are performed based on whole life cycle cost theory.The results show that the optimized BIM-based scheme reduces construction costs by 19.2%and operating costs by 23.5%.From a whole life cycle perspective,total costs are reduced by 21.4%,with an investment recovery period of 1.8 years,and significantly improved economic benefit.
