【摘要】 农地“三权分置”改革对农村要素配置和农户生活状况具有显著影响。文章基于2010—2022年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据，实证考察了农地“三权分置”改革对农户消费水平的影响。研究结果表明，“三权分置”改革显著提升了农户的消费水平，该结论在控制潜在内生性问题并经过多种稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析显示，农地流转是“三权分置”改革影响农户消费的重要传导渠道，尤其有助于低生产率农户退出农业生产，促进土地资源优化配置。文章的结论为理解农地产权制度改革影响农户消费水平的微观路径提供了重要的经验证据，对深化农地制度改革、激活农村消费市场具有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The separation of rural land rights( ownership rights,contracting rights and management rights) has a significant impact on the allocation of rural factors and the living conditions of farmers. Based on the China Family Panel Studies( CFPS) data from 2010 to 2022,this paper explores the impact of the separation of three rural land rights on the consumption level of farmers. The results indicate that the separation of three rural land rights significantly improves the consumption level of farmers,and this conclusion still holds after controlling for potential endogeneity problems and a series of robustness tests. The analysis of the mechanism indicates that land transfer serves as a significant transmission channel through which the separation of three rural land rights influences farmers’ consumption. This process is particularly beneficial in facilitating the exit of inefficient farmers from agricultural production and promoting the optimization of land resource allocation. This study provides important empirical evidence for understanding the micro-pathway through which the reformed farmland property rights system affects farmers’ consumption levels,and provides implications for deepening rural land system reform and activating the rural consumption market.更多还原
