【摘要】 目的 观察电针夹脊穴治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效并与普通针刺夹脊穴进行比较研究。方法将72例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者根据随机数字表法按1:1比例分为电针组和对照组,每组36例。两组患者均接受生活方式基础干预,电针组采用电针夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用普通针刺夹脊穴治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后肝功能、血脂指标、肝脏B超脂肪肝分级以及腰围的变化。结果 电针组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肝脏B超脂肪肝分级均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且电针组脂肪肝分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腰围均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肝功能指标、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且电针组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 电针夹脊穴治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效优于普通针刺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2) points in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and to compare it with conventional acupuncture at Jiaji points. Method A total of 72 patients with NAFLD were divided into an electroacupuncture group and a control group at a ratio of 1:1 according to a random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. Both groups received lifestyle intervention. The electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji points, while the control group received conventional acupuncture at Jiaji points. Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Changes in liver function, blood lipid indices, grading of fatty liver by hepatic B-ultrasound, and waist circumference were observed before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the grading of fatty liver by hepatic B-ultrasound in both groups improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and the electroacupuncture group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, waist circumference in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, liver function indices, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in both groups improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the electroacupuncture group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Jiaji points has better clinical efficacy than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of NAFLD.更多还原
