不同填料对聚脲美缝剂性能影响的研究

【摘要】 聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲(PAE)美缝剂性能优异,但成本高昂限制了其广泛应用。本研究通过添加不同类型填料,在降低PAE美缝剂成本的同时,保持其综合性能。以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、聚天门冬氨酸酯、聚醚胺为主要原料,系统研究了气相二氧化硅、钛白粉、水滑石、高岭土和云母粉5种填料对PAE美缝剂性能的影响。结果表明,气相二氧化硅提升了致密性和耐水性;钛白粉与高岭土协同增强了硬度和耐磨性;云母粉提高了耐溶剂性能。通过合理选择填料,可在显著降低成本的同时,维持PAE美缝剂的优异性能,为其市场化推广提供了可行的技术方案。

【Abstract】 Polyaspartic ester polyurea(PAE) grouts exhibit excellent performance,but its high cost limits its widespread application. This study aims to reduce the cost of PAE-based grouts while maintaining its comprehensive properties by incorporating different types of fillers. Using hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer,polyaspartic ester,and polyether amine as the main raw materials,the effects of five fillers such as fumed silica,titanium dioxide,hydrotalcite,kaolin,and mica powder on the properties of PAE-based grouts were systematically investigated. The results showed that fumed silica enhances compactness and water resistance;titanium dioxide and kaolin synergistically improve hardness and abrasion resistance;mica powder enhances solvent resistance. By reasonable selecting fillers,the excellent properties of PAE-based grouts can be maintained while significantly reducing costs,which provides a feasible pathway for its market promotion.
