基于两年多点试验的优质甜玉米品种选育与营养特性分析

【摘要】 ‘申科甜6号’是上海市农业科学院以SHL16为母本、SHL19为父本组配而成的优质、广适甜玉米杂交新品种。2022年和2023年申科玉(东南区)鲜食玉米品种联合体试验表明:‘申科甜6号’的两年平均鲜穗产量为15 187 kg/hm~2,平均生育期为83 d左右;皮渣率为10.20%,还原糖含量为2.07%,可溶性总糖含量为18.16%;粗蛋白含量为12.91%,粗脂肪含量为8.86%,赖氨酸含量为0.62 g/(100 g),品质品尝综合评分为87.3分。田间自然发病下,‘申科甜6号’抗瘤黑粉病、南方锈病、小斑病,中抗纹枯病。‘申科甜6号’作为甜玉米新品种,在产量、营养和抗病性方面均表现出色,具有广阔的应用前景。研究结果为该品种的推广提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 ‘Shenketian 6’,a new sweet corn hybrid with high-quality and broad adaptability,was developed by Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences using SHL16 as the female parent and SHL19 as the male parent.The 2022 and 2023 Shenkeyu(Southeastern Region) Fresh Corn Variety Consortium Trials demonstrated that ‘Shenketian 6’ achieved a two-year average fresh ear yield of 15 187 kg/hm~2,and the average growth period was approximately 83 days. The ratio of husk and cob was 10. 20%,the reducing sugar content was 2. 07%,and the total soluble sugar content was 18. 16%. The crude protein content was 12. 91%,the crude fat was 8. 86%,and the lysine content was 0. 62 g/(100 g),the comprehensive quality and taste score was 87. 3 points. Under natural disease conditions in the field,‘Shenketian 6’ was resistant to tumor black powder disease,southern rust,small spot disease,and moderately resistant to sheath blight. As a new sweet corn variety,‘Shenketian 6’ demonstrates outstanding performance in yield,nutritional quality,and disease resistance,indicating broad application prospects. The research results provide a scientific basis for the promotion of this variety.
