【摘要】 随着数字化治理时代的到来，通过搭建相关治理场景助推全过程人民民主发展成为必然趋势。按照场景的应用覆盖性、基层延伸性、情景多样性、效能转化性，可以把数字化治理场景分为拓展式治理场景、下沉式治理场景、差异化治理场景、满意式治理场景四种典型类型。这些治理场景彼此关联、相辅相成，共同助推全过程人民民主在发展广度、发展深度、发展精度、发展效度上的综合提升。当前，立足数字化治理的丰富场景，助推全过程人民民主的高质量发展，需要从加强党的全面领导、健全制度保障、提升数字素养、鼓励创新实践等方面探索具有可行性、操作性的优化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the digital governance era, leveraging relevant governance scenarios to promote the development of whole-process people’s democracy has become an inevitable trend. Based on the coverage, grassroots extension, contextual diversity, and efficiency transformation of scenario applications, digital governance scenarios can be categorized into four typical types: expansive governance scenarios, grassroots-oriented governance scenarios, differentiated governance scenarios, and satisfaction-oriented governance scenarios. These governance scenarios are interconnected and complementary, jointly promoting the comprehensive enhancement of whole-process people’s democracy in terms of breadth, depth, precision, and effectiveness. At present, to promote the high-quality development of whole-process people’s democracy through the rich scenarios offered by digital governance, it is necessary to explore feasible and practical optimization paths, including strengthening the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China, improving institutional guarantees, enhancing digital literacy, and encouraging innovative practices.更多还原
