【摘要】 目的：观察益气活血解毒方联合免疫治疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：选取符合诊断标准的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例，随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用免疫治疗联合六君子汤，治疗组采用免疫治疗联合益气活血解毒方，21天为1个周期，治疗3个周期后，观察两组患者客观缓解率（ORR）、疾病控制率（DCR）、中医证候总积分及KPS评分。结果：治疗组ORR26.67%、DCR90.00%，对照组ORR10.00%、DCR73.33%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）；治疗组中医证候改善及KPS评分均优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：益气活血解毒方联合免疫治疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌可改善患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量及延长生存周期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula and immunotherapy on advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with immunotherapy and Liujunzi decoction,while the treatment group was treated with immunotherapy and Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu furmula.Objective remission rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),total score of TCM syndromes and KPS score of patients were observed in two groups after three cycles of treatment.Results:ORR and DCR of treatment group were 26.67% and 90.00% respectively,while ORR and DCR of control group were 10.00% and 73.33% respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically unsignificant(P﹥ 0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome and KPS score of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula and immunotherapy for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance the quality of life of patients and prolong the life cycle of patients.更多还原
