【摘要】 目的：观察加味参苓白术散对脾虚湿瘀型结直肠腺瘤术后患者的影响。方法：将60例脾虚湿瘀型腺瘤性结直肠息肉患者随机分为两组各30例。两组均行电子结肠镜下息肉摘除术，治疗组继予加味参苓白术散汤剂治疗6个月。比较两组中医证候积分，1年后统计身体质量指数（BMI）值，测定肝瞬时弹性成像受控衰减参数（CAP）值，并行电子结肠镜观察复发率。结果：治疗6个月后，两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前均有明显改善（P﹤0.01），且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组（P﹤0.05）。随访至1年，治疗组结直肠腺瘤复发率低于对照组（P﹤0.05）。两组患者BMI、CAP值均较治疗前改善（P﹤0.01）；且治疗组优于对照组（P﹤0.01）。结论：加味参苓白术散能有效改善结直肠腺瘤术后患者的中医证候，降低BMI和CAP水平，减少息肉的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shenling Baizhu powder on postoperative recurrence of colorectal adenoma with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and damp and blood-stasis.Methods:60 cases of patients with adenomatous colorectal polyps with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and damp and blood-stasis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both groups underwent polypectomy under electronic colonoscopy.In addtion,the treatment group was treated plus with modified Shenling Baizhu powder(decoction)for 6 months.TCM syndrome score was compared between two groups.Body mass index(BMI)was statistically counted after one year.The controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)of liver’s instantaneous elastography was measured.The recurrence rate was observed by electronic colonoscopy.Results:In both groups after 6 months of treatment,TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.01),and the improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Follow-up for one year showed that the recurrence rate of colorectal adenoma in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).BMI and CAP values of patients in both groups were improved compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.01),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Modified Shenling Baizhu powder can effectively improve TCM syndromes of postoperative patients with colorectal adenoma,reduce the levels of BMI and CAP,and decrease the recurrence of polyps.更多还原
