石榴皮微胶囊的制备及性能
Preparation of pomegranate peel microcapsule and its property
【摘要】 为提高石榴皮多酚的稳定性,采用复合凝聚法制备明胶/壳聚糖(Gel/CS)-石榴皮提取物(PPE)微胶囊。探究微胶囊最佳制备工艺,对其形貌、缓释性、抗氧化性、抗菌性、细胞毒性及抗炎性进行了表征,探讨了其在伤口愈合领域的应用潜力。结果表明,石榴皮微胶囊的最佳制备工艺为壁材比15∶1、壁芯比6.3∶1.0、pH值5.6,理论包合率81.4%。微胶囊成型良好,具有核壳结构。微胶囊中,PPE以Fick扩散的方式释放。微胶囊表现出优异的抗氧化性和抗菌性,可以有效避免伤口感染;生物相容性良好,可以显著抑制RAW 264.7细胞分泌炎症因子和介质,具有抑制伤口处炎症反应的潜力。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the stability of pomegranate peel polyphenols, gelatin/chitosan(Gel/CS)-pomegranate peel extract(PPE) microcapsules are prepared by a composite coalescence method to investigate the optimal preparation process of the microcapsules, and the microcapsules are characterized in terms of their morphology, slow-release, antioxidant, antimicrobial, cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory properties, and their potential application in the field of wound healing is explored. The results show that the optimal preparation process for pomegranate peel microcapsules is as follows: wall-to-material ratio is 15∶1, wall-to-core ratio is 6.3∶1, pH is 5.6, and the theoretical encapsulation rate is 81.4%. The microcapsules are well formed with a core-shell structure. In the microcapsules, PPE is released by Fick diffusion. The microcapsules show excellent antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, which can effectively avoid wound infection, as well as good biocompatibility, which can significantly inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors and mediators by RAW 264.7 cells, showing potential to inhibit the inflammatory response at the wound site.
