【摘要】 为了揭示热塑性塑料与弹性体双组分协同机制对形状记忆材料的性能优化,选用PCL和TPU作为共混体系组分,采用湿法纺丝技术制备PCL/TPU形状记忆纱线。通过不同PCL与TPU的共混比例(5∶5、3∶7和1∶9)调控可逆相与固定相的作用机制,探究其对纱线微观形貌、热性能、力学性能及织物形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:PCL/TPU为物理共混体系,其中P3T7纱线的力学性能最佳,断裂强度达9.1 MPa,伸长率为651.8%,两相在该比例下达到平衡;PCL含量高的P5T5织物形状固定率最高(89.4%),相反TPU含量高的P1T9织物形状恢复率最佳(91.7%),P3T7织物介于两者之间。这表明PCL作为可逆相,其含量越高,结晶相比例越大,固定率越高;TPU作为无定型弹性体,其含量越高,弹性回复力越强,恢复率越高。这种两相协同效应优化了形状记忆性能。

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the synergistic mechanism of the two-component system of thermoplastic polymers and elastomers on the performance optimization of shape memory materials, PCL and TPU are selected as the components of the blend system, and PCL/TPU shape memory yarn is prepared by wet spinning technology. By regulating the blending ratio of PCL and TPU(5∶5, 3∶7 and 1∶9), the action mechanism of reversible phase and fixed phase is controlled, and its influence on the microscopic morphology, thermal properties, mechanical properties and shape memory performance of the yarn is explored. The results show that PCL/TPU is a physical blend system, among which P3T7 yarn has the best mechanical properties, with a breaking strength of 9.1 MPa and an elongation of 651.8%. The two phases reach a equilibrium at this ratio. P5T5 fabric with high PCL content has the best shape fixation rate(89.4%), while P1T9 fabric with high TPU content has the best shape recovery rate(91.7%), and P3T7 fabric is between the two. This indicates that PCL, as the reversible phase, with a higher content, the product has a larger crystalline proportion, and a higher fixation rate. TPU, as an amorphous elastomer, the higher the content of TPU is, the stronger the elastic recovery force and the higher the recovery rate are. This synergistic effect optimizes shape memory performance.
