一种新型宽幅多臂开口装置驱动电动机的选型及运动优化
Selection and motion optimization of driving motor for a new wide-loom dobby shedding device
【摘要】 为给一种新型宽幅织机伺服多臂开口装置提供合适的驱动力,对多臂开口装置进行力学及仿真分析,从而选择合适的伺服电动机;通过分析优化电动机运动参数,以满足开口运动的控制需求。首先对多臂开口装置建立三维实体模型和力学数学模型,通过MATLAB对数学模型进行分析。结合仿真分析结果最终确定转矩、惯量等参数,以选择合适的伺服电动机提供所需的驱动力,进而根据综框运动规律分析优化运动控制参数,最后通过试验平台进行了相关验证。结果表明:通过相关分析后选择的伺服电动机,性能可满足宽幅伺服多臂开口装置的驱动和控制需求,得到了满足设备要求的梭口清晰度;且优化后的运动减少了综框运动中经纱断纱情况,明显减小了织机振动,改善了运动平稳性,提高了机器寿命与织造效率。
【Abstract】 Toprovide the appropriate driving force for a new type of wide-width loom servo dobby shedding device, a mechanical and simulation analysis is conducted to select the suitable servo motor. The motor motion parameters are optimized through analysis to meet the control requirements for shedding. A three-dimensional solid model and a mechanical mathematical model are established. Using MATLAB and simulation results, parameters such as torque and inertia are determined to select the appropriate servo motor. The motion control parameters are then optimized based on the harness motion pattern. Finally, the setup is verified on an experimental platform. The results show that the selected servo motor meets the driving and control needs of the wide-width device, achieving the required clear shed. The optimized motion reduces warp yarn breakage, minimizes loom vibration, improves stability, and enhances machine lifespan and weaving efficiency.
