【摘要】 随着教育数字化的发展，智慧课堂作为一种新型的课堂形态应运而生。作为未来教师的主力军，师范生在此环境下的教学胜任力培养至关重要，但目前学界对此关注相对较少。因此，开发相应的测量工具对提升师范生培养质量尤为必要。基于相关研究，文章构建了师范生智慧课堂教学胜任力框架，并据此编制量表。该研究选取有智慧课堂实习经历的师范生为研究对象，通过条目分析、探索性和验证性因子分析及信效度检验，结果表明，师范生智慧课堂教学胜任力可从教学意识、教学实践能力、教学责任与伦理、学习与发展能力4个维度进行测量，所编制量表的信效度良好，适用于该胜任力的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of digitalization in education,the smart classroom has emerged as a new type of classroom form.As the main force of future teachers,the cultivation of teaching competence of normal school students in this environment is of vital importance,but currently,the academic circle pays relatively less attention to this.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to develop corresponding measurement tools to improve the quality of normal school student training.Based on relevant research,this paper constructs a framework for the competence of normal school students in smart classroom teaching and accordingly compiles a scale.The study selects normal school students with internship experience in smart classrooms as the research subjects.Through item analysis,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,as well as reliability and validity tests,the results shows that:The teaching competence of normal school students in smart classrooms can be measured from four dimensions:teaching awareness,teaching practice ability,teaching responsibility and ethics,and learning and development ability.The scale compiled has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the assessment of this competence.更多还原
