【摘要】 文章以三焦气化理论为基础，阐述角化性湿疹的病因病机。认为其病因病机为三焦气化不利：一则津液输布代谢受阻，无法濡养肌肤，致使皮肤干燥皲裂；二则血运不畅，瘀血阻于络脉，导致局部皮损增生肥厚；三则皮肤疏泄失常，邪无出路，故而病情反复。并提出从通利三焦角度辨治角化性湿疹，方选三仁汤，临床疗效显著，为角化性湿疹的防治提供一定思路，并附手部角化性湿疹病案1例以佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of Sanjiao qi transformation,this article expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of keratotic eczema. It is believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are due to the obstruction of Sanjiao qi transformation :Firstly,the distribution and metabolism of body fluids are blocked,leading to malnutrition and impeded dispersion of the skin,resulting in dry and cracked skin;Secondly,the blood circulation is not smooth,and the blood stasis blocks the meridians,leading to the hyperplasia and thickening of local skin lesions. Thirdly,the skin’s smooth flow is abnormal,the pathogen has no way out,and thus the condition recurs. It is proposed to diagnose and treat keratotic eczema from the perspective of unblocking and harmonizing Sanjiao,and the Sanren Decoction（三 仁 汤）is selected,of which the clinical effect is remarkable,providing certain ideas for the prevention and treatment of keratotic eczema.
