【摘要】 《灵枢·经脉》在描述十二经脉时提出了“是主所生病”的理论，该理论认为六阴经疾病与脏腑功能紊乱密切相关。文章对六阴经“是主所生病”的特点进行分析，指出六阴经“所生病”主要体现为所属脏腑的功能紊乱，进一步阐释了“治脏者治其俞”的针灸治疗原则，强调五输穴在治疗脏腑病变中的核心地位。同时，结合历代医籍记载与现代临床研究，系统总结了运用六阴经五输穴治疗呼吸、消化、心血管、泌尿生殖等系统疾病的具体方案与疗效，验证了该理论在诊治经脉-脏腑相关疾病中的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Miraculous Pivot·The Channels puts forward the theory that “the diseases that this meridian is in charge of treating” in describing the twelve meridians,which holds that diseases of the six yin meridians are closely related to the dysfunction of the internal organs. The article analyzes the characteristic of “the diseases that this meridian is in charge of treating” of the six yin meridians,pointing out that the “the diseases” mainly manifest as functional disorders of the corresponding internal organs. It further elaborates on the principle of acupuncture treatment that “treating the internal organs by selecting their corresponding shu acupoints”,emphasizing the core position of the five-shu acupoints in treating internal organ disorders. At the same time,by integrating the medical records of past dynasties with modern clinical research,the specific plans and therapeutic effects of using the five-shu acupoints of the six yin meridians to treat diseases of the respiratory,digestive,cardiovascular,urogenital and other systems are systematically summarized,and the clinical value of this theory in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of meridian-zang-fu organ related diseases is verified.更多还原
