【摘要】 古语中情、志二字各具本义，七情、五志的界定分类赋予了情、志二字医学含义，情志合称则标志着中医情志学说的构建完成。考究情志离合更迭的发生发展过程，贯穿其后的一条主线是传统哲学情论的嬗变。礼崩乐坏，志隐情显，原始情论初成；经过适情论、天情论、理情论、返情论的哲学更迭，情志合二为一，成为辨析人心情感体验与疾病关系的专有名词。从哲学史视角探析情志学说构建的发生学含义，鉴于古圣先贤，有资于当今情志病的诊疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 In archaic Chinese,the characters Qing(emotion) and Zhi(mind) each have their original meanings. The definition and classification of seven emotions and five minds endow the two characters with medical connotations,and the combination of emotions and minds marks the completion of the construction of theory of emotions and minds in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Carefully examining the occurrence and development of the separation,combination and evolution of emotions and minds,a main thread that runs through it is the evolution of traditional philosophical theory of emotions. The collapse of rituals and moral decay led to the concealment of minds and the manifestation of emotions,laying the foundation for the primitive theory of emotions. Through the philosophical alternations of original emotion theory,moderate emotion theory,heavenly emotion theory,principlegoverned emotion theory and emotion-to-nature theory,emotions and minds were integrated into a unified concept,which has become a special term for analyzing the relationship between human emotional experiences and diseases. Exploring the genetic implications of the construction of theory of emotions and minds from the perspective of history of philosophy offers insights from ancient sages and enlightens the clinical diagnosis and treatment of emotional disorders in the present day.更多还原
