基于GC-IMS对不同花期金银花挥发性成分的对比分析
Comparative analysis of volatile components of honeysuckle at different flowering periods based on GC-IMS
【摘要】 目的 明确金银花的挥发性成分并比较不同花期金银花样品的挥发性成分差异。方法 采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用技术(GC-IMS)对不同发育期金银花样品进行挥发性有机化合物分析,并运用OPLS-DA分析方法筛选代表性差异特征性成分,针对5个品种、5个不同花期金银花开展系统性研究。结果 通过GC-IMS检测出了72种挥发性化合物,银花期和金花期含苯甲醛二聚体等丰富成分,部分成分(如苯甲醛单体、反式-2,4-庚二烯醛单体等)随发育含量渐增。OPLS-DA结果显示不同花期金银花样品区分明显,并筛选出28个差异特征性成分,包括顺-3-己烯醇单体、正己醇单体、顺-3-己烯醇二聚体等。结论 首次快速且全面呈现了不同花期、不同品种金银花挥发性成分异同,筛选出的28个挥发性成分可以作为其特征性成分进行区分。
【Abstract】 Objective To identify the volatile components of honeysuckle and compare the differences in volatile components among samples at different flowering stages. Methods Gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry( GCIMS) was used to analyze the volatile organic compounds in honeysuckle samples at different developmental stages. The OPLS-DA analysis method was employed to screen representative differential characteristic components.A systematic study was conducted on five varieties of honeysuckle at five different flowering stages.Results A total of 72 volatile compounds were detected by GC-IMS. The silver flower stage and the golden flower stage contained rich components such as benzaldehyde dimer,and some components( such as benzaldehyde monomer,trans-2,4-heptadienal monomer,etc.) gradually increased with development. The OPLS-DA results showed a clear distinction among honeysuckle samples at different flowering stages,and 28 differential characteristic components were screened out,including cis-3-hexenol monomer,nhexanol monomer,cis-3-hexenol dimer,etc. Conclusion For the first time,the similarities and differences of volatile components in different flowering stages and varieties of honeysuckle were quickly and comprehensively presented,and the28 volatile components screened out could be distinguished as their characteristic components.
